Update on Bats Wood outdoor learning
Tuesday, 27th April
Usually on Tuesdays periods 3 and 4 we do some work in Bat's wood, taking care of trees and keeping everything looking nice.
Today was a bit different, there is usually other people with us, but they are not here today, so Mr Zuill and I decided that today we stay in (since the weather right now is miserable) and do some other stuff relating to bats wood.
So we didn't do outdoorsy stuff today, but that's fine since it was very rainy and I don't enjoy getting wet and cold very much anyway!
Keep your feet dry by putting plastic bags over your boots!
New Update on Bat's Wood
The past 2 weeks, we have been doing some outdoorsy stuff in Bat's Wood.
Last week, we took some photos and added codes which wasn't too difficult, and it was pretty fun since I was doing it with friends:). The codes were just coloured letters that had some sort of connection to what the photo was . (E.G the wormery was a pink W). I took the photo's on my phone and they're all in a seperate folder in my gallery.
The week before that, we plated some pumpkins and i remember i was putting them in a cage thing and my friend, being the AMAZING friend she is, decided to lock me in so that was fun. I got out safely, though :).
